Matthew J. Cummings, DDS, PC is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis.
We are committed to providing excellent patient care in a professional, friendly, and supportive environment. If you are a skilled hygienist who takes pride in your work and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, we would love to hear from you!
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation up to $55/hour , based on experience
- 20–30 days of PTO, Spring Break, Summer Break, and Long Christmas Break. You are PAID WHEN OFFICE IS CLOSED!!

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and preventive treatments
- Take and review dental radiographs as appropriate
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team
- Deliver exceptional patient care and a positive patient experience
- Follow all applicable infection-control and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
