We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)/Front Desk Receptionist for Allergy & Immunology Practice to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Responsible for intake and triage of complex established and new patients including taking of vitals, documenting chief complaint in EMR, reconciliation of patient medications, and updating of patients' medical history at each office visit.
• Ability to work and perform tasks accurately in a high volume and stressful environment.
• Responsible for medication prior authorizations including advanced biologics and immune replacement products
• Ability to or willingness to learn IV placement and management.
• Administration of IM and SQ injections
• Job requires excellent time management skills, as well as ability to perform complex tasks in a time manner with a very high level of detail.
• Job requires travel between two locations regularly.

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak Spanish fluently a huge bonus
