What You’ll Do

• Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
• Perform demolition and mitigation services
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform moisture readings and document job progress
• Load and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized job site
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Work closely with the Foreman and General Manager to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 6 months to 2 years of restoration experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional communication skills
• Coachable and eager to learn
• WRT certification is a plus but not required
