Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Urologist Physician , you will join a thriving and busy Urology department within Mercy Medical Group, a leading multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region. This excellent partnership-track opportunity empowers you to provide comprehensive general urology care, leveraging readily accessible robotics and a robust built-in referral system to deliver state-of-the-art treatment across our Dignity Health locations.

Every day you will engage in full-scope general urology practice, diagnosing and treating a wide range of genitourinary conditions for our diverse patient population. You will manage both office-based and surgical cases, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in robotic surgery and oncology. A comfortable weekend call schedule, supported by 24/7 hospitalist availability, ensures a balanced practice while maintaining high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist with demonstrated experience in general urology. While not strictly required, a strong preference will be given to candidates with additional training or expertise in robotic surgery and urologic oncology, showcasing a commitment to advanced patient care.

Job Requirements

• Strong preference for additional training /experience with robotic surgery and Oncology
• Ability to obtain a valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
