• Call 1 night per week plus weekend rotation
• 1-2 patients seen per 24 hours on call
• Inpatient setting
• First assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgery
• Call covers unassigned patients
• 1-2 admissions per 24 hours
• 12 phone consults per 24 hours on call
• 30 minute call response time required
