Managing Director

I'm supporting a leading engineering consultancy in the search for a Managing Director to lead and grow its Diagnostics practice in Houston . This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader with a background in forensic engineering, structural restoration, building diagnostics, or building enclosure consulting to take ownership of an established practice while driving strategic growth across the Texas market. The successful candidate will provide both technical and commercial leadership, overseeing complex diagnostics, forensic investigations, restoration, and rehabilitation projects while developing key client relationships and leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding the practice, mentoring future leaders, and shaping the long-term growth strategy for the region.
