As a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. You will have the opportunity to float between two floors, providing comprehensive care and support.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• 2 years of recent experience in a long-term care unit required
