We are seeking experienced, hard-working, and dependable individuals to join ourHardscape Crew. Our team members are the backbone of our success, ensuring our customers’ vision comes to life. If you love working outdoors in a team environment and are passionate about the hardscape industry, this challenging position is right for you!
Key Responsibilities
Repair, build, and install patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Operate equipment such as saws, drills, and grinders
Install pavers and natural stone
Prepare surfaces for hardscape installation
Clean and maintain equipment and work area
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older
At least 2 years of experience installing pavers
Safety-oriented
Ability to lift 80 pounds
Proficient in operating standard worksite machinery such as saws, drills, and grinders
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
