Front Desk Associate (Full-Time)

Job Summary Hotel: Kansas City Embassy Suites, 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Pkwy, Kansas City, MO 64153 – Full‑time position. Compensation Range: $16.74 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and specific location. Responsibilities Oversee front‑desk operations and act as the primary problem‑solver for guests and teammates. Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism. Support and train new front‑desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining a guest‑ready lobby. Qualifications Customer service experience and strong people skills. Hospitality or leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Technically proficient – comfortable using hotel systems. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
