AZ-RN - Acute Care Float Pool
The ESolHealth Advantage
This assignment will float across all Acute Care units. We will have assignments starting 10/02/23 and 10/16/23 and continue through 03/30/24. Night and Day shifts are available and will be decided in the interview. We'll have 9 nurses starting 01/08, and 9 starting 01/22. Working every other weekend, Sat/Sun, is required for all assignments and travelers are the first to float. COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Please do not include a COVID Vaccination card or any other heath or PII in the submission. Experience RequirementsTwo (2) years' experience as a registered nurse.One (1) year pediatric experience.Travel experience at a children's hospital strongly preferred.Education, License, & Certification RequirementsDiploma Nursing degree, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing (or higher) - Bachelor's degree preferred.Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
