to provide excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks in the

Midvale, UT

Monday - Friday

. As a Customer Service Associate, you provide support to our plumbers out in the field. You answer inbound calls, texts, and emails. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the plumbing industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have.
