Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse

Optimal Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse to provide expert end-of-life care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. In this field-based role, you will triage calls, conduct urgent home visits, and manage complex symptoms to keep patients comfortable in their preferred setting. You will assess needs, adjust care plans, administer medications, and guide families through critical moments. Using sound clinical judgment and strong communication, you’ll collaborate with the hospice team, document thoroughly, and respond promptly to after-hours needs while honoring patient dignity and goals of care.
