    • Physician owned anesthesiology group - a boutique practice
    • Groups book cases directly with them
    • Seeking an energetic physician to add to their collegial environment
    • Looking for a physician that can work 5 days per week
    • You'd work out of sites in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Plano
    • Limited call
    • Care team model - 70-80% of the time
    • MDs do solo cases the remainder of the time
    • Must be able to do regional anesthesia
    • Cases are about 50% outpatient ortho and 50% pain management
    • 90% outpatient
    • Low acuity
    • Types of cases would include spine surgery, ortho, head and neck surgery, urology, podiatry, pain management, gynecology
    • No hips/knees
    • No visa candidates, unfortunately
    • Must have an active Texas medical license

  • Organization Information:
    • Work for a physician owned anesthesiology group
    • Join 5 full-time physicians, 4-5 part-time physicians, and 10-12 CRNAs
    • Hiring due to growth
    • Need is ASAP
    • Group works out of 10-12 facilities
    • Sites are in Dallas and nearby suburbs (most of their physicians live in Dallas)
    • Commute is 20 minutes at the most
    • Most of their providers work as a 1099
    • Health insurance, malpractice insurance, and health/dental/vision insurance is available if you want to be a W2
    • Must be able to provide your own malpractice insurance if you are a 1099
    • Salary of $450,000
    • 20 PTO days
    • Profit sharing potential after 1-2 years
