Production Associate – Engineered Wood Manufacturing (Day & Night Shifts)
Location: Burlington, WA Pay: $22.50.00/hr (Day) | $24.00/hr (Night) Schedule: 6a–6p or 6p–6a | 3?on / 2?off rotating Type: Full?time | Temp?to?Hire (90 days)

Job Overview
We are hiring Production Associates for both day and night shifts. This is a fast?paced, hands?on role in the Press Department, supporting the front and back end of production.
You will:

• Load materials into production equipment
• Monitor production flow and ensure accuracy
• Measure, inspect, and verify product quality
• Band, package, and prepare wood stacks for shipment
• Communicate with team members via 2?way radio
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation to Burlington
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast?paced, warm environment (industrial fans & AC provided)
• Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
• Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or restaurant work is a plus
• Interest in long?term employment and advancement opportunities
