Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License or Upon hire: Texas Graduate Nurse Permit National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less Why Join Providence?
