About the Position

Job Title: Rapid Response RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Rapid Response Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Current Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS ACLS NRP STABLE Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: Candidates must possess EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, and C-Section circulation experience. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This position involves providing care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The unit typically accommodates a patient ratio of 1:2. Staff includes a charge nurse and co-charge nurse, with RNs available to meet the required ratios. Staff is expected to perform various procedures, including SVD, cerclages, C-Sections, and TOLAC. Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude. Candidates who have experience in a Level IV unit will be preferred. Solid navy blue scrubs are required; T-shirts are not acceptable. Only solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts may be worn.
