Weekend LPN Position

As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and observing and reporting patient conditions to the nursing team. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
• Monitor and report patient conditions to the nursing team, and make recommendations for care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff members
