Leachman is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting both our customers and service technicians by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient parts ordering and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices for customers on vehicle part orders
• Correctly identify and order necessary parts in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Place and track all parts orders, communicating status updates to customers and service technicians
• Pull and organize parts for technicians and customers according to invoices
• Receive and verify parts deliveries meet quality and accuracy standards
• Handle cash transactions following proper procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas including storage and desk spaces
• Complete all required training and certifications as needed
• Provide excellent customer service with courtesy and professionalism

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid and clean Driver's record for the past two years (for delivery responsibilities)
• Strong automotive background preferred
• Time-management and organization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and online
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
