Sheet Metal Fabricator

Velocity Sheet Metal is growing and adding fabricators to our shop in Selma, TX. If you take pride in clean cuts, tight tolerances, and finished product that holds up, we want to meet you. What you will do Fabricate ductwork and sheet metal components from prints and shop tickets Operate shears, brakes, rolls, plasma, and CNC equipment Lay out, form, and assemble pieces to spec Keep a clean, safe, organized work area What we are looking for Sheet metal fabrication experience (commercial HVAC ductwork a strong plus) Ability to read shop drawings and basic measurements Comfortable on shop equipment (shears, brakes, rolls, plasma table) Reliable, on-time, and team-oriented Steel-toe boots and a strong work ethic What we offer Competitive pay (DOE) Steady year-round work in a climate-controlled shop Flexible Paid Time (FPT): 10 days year one, increasing to up to 25 days at 10+ years, front-loaded on your anniversary 6 paid company holidays, separate from FPT Attendance bonus and bonus FPT for clean attendance years Medical (BCBS), Dental & Vision (MetLife), with HSA/FSA options Short & Long-Term Disability and Group Life AD&D 401(k) and 529 college savings Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, Legal, Pet, and ID Theft coverage available Benefits eligible the first of the month after 60 days #J-18808-Ljbffr
