Sutter Medical Group is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Neonatologists to join their growing neonatal care team in Northern California. This opportunity involves practicing in high-acuity, high-volume NICUs within a collaborative, forward-thinking health system committed to excellence in patient care. The role offers a diverse, high-impact clinical experience across both community and regional settings, utilizing cutting-edge technology and comprehensive support.Practice InfoPractice in high-acuity, high-volume NICUs.Sutter Medical Center – Sacramento is a Level IV Regional NICU with 61 beds, expanding to 81 beds, and approximately 1,200 admissions annually.Sutter Roseville Medical Center – Roseville is a 16-bed community NICU (Level II/III), also expanding, with approximately 450 admissions annually.Access to cutting-edge technology and comprehensive support, including conventional, high-frequency ventilation, advanced non-invasive ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide therapies.Pre-surgical and pre-ECMO management for complex congenital heart disease and therapeutic whole-body hypothermia for HIE.Dedicated regional transport team (air and ground) serving 27 counties, with advanced therapies available during transport.ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding neonatal care.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Participate in teaching and mentorship.Engage in hospital committees and outreach education.Help shape and grow a leading neonatal program.Compensation$350,000 - $350,000 /Yr.2-year income guarantee with shareholder track.Productivity bonus.Sign-on bonus up to $20,000.Relocation assistance up to $20,000.BenefitsPSLF eligible.Excellent benefits, including zero-cost medical insurance.CME allowance.Award-winning, 100% 401(k) match.Advanced practice technology, including EPIC.Shift & ScheduleFlexible schedule options available.RequirementsBoard Eligible/Board Certified.Neonatology/Pediatric experience preferred.
