Open Positions Include:

• Case Managers: Assess client needs, develop care plans, and connect individuals with appropriate resources. Strong communication skills and experience in social services are essential.
• Housing Specialists: Assist clients in securing stable housing by identifying suitable options and providing support throughout the housing process. Knowledge of housing programs and local resources is required.
• Mental Health Counselors: Provide counseling services to individuals and families, addressing mental health issues and promoting well-being. Must be licensed and experienced in therapeutic practices.
• Administrative Assistants: Support office operations through tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and client communication. Proficiency in office software and strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Program Coordinators: Oversee and manage specific programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, and evaluation of program activities.
• Outreach Workers: Engage with the community to raise awareness about available services and resources. Build relationships and provide information to those in need.
• Supportive Services Staff: Offer assistance in various capacities, including transportation, meal preparation, and daily living support to clients.
