We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a new oral surgery practice in Des Moines, Iowa in the Spring of 2027. As a founding partner, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of the practice, build long-term equity, and enjoy the benefits of ownership without the challenges and upfront investment of starting a practice on your own.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the practice's future, build strong referral relationships, and create the culture and patient experience you envision. With an established support team handling the operational and administrative details, you can focus on what matters most: providing exceptional patient care and growing your practice.
