CT Scan Technologist

This position is for a CT Scan Technologist. Daily caseload varies per shift and location. The technologist will work 3x12 hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 08:00 to 20:30. No call duty is required for this position. Floating between facilities is expected as needed. All requests for time off must be submitted in advance for approval. The facility can call off one shift every two weeks. This is within a teaching hospital environment. Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 130. The unit includes a variety of procedures including routine studies, outpatients, cardiac, and interventional radiology. Special procedures experience, such as biopsies and drainage, is preferred. Ideal candidates should be able to perform a range of CT procedures including abdomen, chest, pelvis, and vascular studies. The environment requires adhering to radiation safety protocols.
