Speech Pathologist

Job Overview Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to provide essential speech and language therapy services to patients in a community‑based setting. As part of the nation’s largest rehabilitation company, you will help patients overcome communication challenges and make a meaningful impact close to home. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of Speech Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
