Cardiology Clinical Pharmacist — Lead in Cardiac Care

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist focused on Cardiology to deliver comprehensive clinical services to cardiac ICU and step-down units. Responsibilities include order verification, rounds, discharge counseling, and pharmacokinetic consultations, with rotating shifts and inter-facility coverage.
