Patient Volume: 10-12 clinic patients/day; 12-20 procedures/day

EMR: Cerner
Licensing: State license required (IMLC accepted; willing to license), DEA required
Required Skills: General GI, Endoscopy, ERCP, and EUS
Required Certifications: BC, BLS, ACLS
Other Key Details: Weeknight and weekend call required, Level IV Trauma Center, credentialing approximately 60 days.
