Apply now and get the chance to work in a busy, high energy environment this from now until Winter.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote a positive interaction and experience with outside dining guests.Working with Food Service Staff to prepare food following standard company recipes and menus.Adhere to food portioning standards established by company.Ensure availability of supplies and foods and maintain order lists.Allow adequate time for food preparation.Adhere to proper food preparation and handling techniques.Store food properly and safely by marking with dates and item name.Report any necessary equipment repair or maintenance needed to manager.Plan food production to coordinate with busy meal serving hours.Maintain food preserving the quality, temperature, and appealing appearance.Keep kitchen, food storage areas and coolers neat and clean at all times.Clean and maintain equipment and utensils used in food preparationComplete food temperature checks before service.Check and maintain correct temperatures of coolers and freezers.Comply with sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.Able to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.Prior training or experience in food service industry required.Experience with deep fryer, grill, meat slicer, smoker, stove & oven.Serv-Safe and Food Allergens certifications preferred.High energy and stamina required.Core CompetenciesFriendly Service: Treat people courteously and respond in a helpful manner.Teamwork: Interact with team members effectively put company goals first.Work Standards: Maintain high standards in the quality & consistency of work.Physical DemandsThis is a physically demanding position.Will be working outside at outdoor grill.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds,Must be able to stand, bend, climb, lift, kneel, reach & push repetitively.Must be able to tolerate temperature fluctuations in kitchen area.RequirementsShift Requirements: Hours may be late afternoon and evenings, including weekends & holidays.Age Requirements: Applicants must be at least age 18.
