Creative Designer Intern (TikTok-Design-LIVE) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS) TikTok | Internship | California | 12 weeks – Summer 2026 Summer Start Dates May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities Translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals, ensuring deliverables are engaging, polished, and aligned with stakeholders’ needs. Own requests end-to-end and support larger, more complex projects, delivering work on time with minimal guidance. Partner with operations and stakeholders to clarify design needs and deliver solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. Apply design theories, diverse perspectives, and platform specifications to produce high‑quality outputs that scale. Actively learn new tools and techniques, share knowledge with peers, and stay updated on industry and platform trends. Minimum Qualifications Commit to a 12‑week internship during Summer 2026. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Submit a most recent portfolio with the application. Analyze straightforward business needs and propose creative, actionable design solutions. Have experienced knowledge in Illustration, 2D/3D Visual Design, UI Design, and AIGC. Be familiar with design processes and consistently deliver within specifications and campaign standards. Preferred Qualifications Fast learner with the ability to quickly apply new knowledge and workflows. Self‑motivated, curious, and proactive in driving personal development. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $28.5 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half).
