Location: Des Moines, Iowa Job type: Permanent Salary: $90,000 - 96,000 per year Work hours: 8am to 4pm Education: Associate's Degree Responsibilities Create and monitor piping and instrumentation diagrams, process flow diagrams, and plant layout drawings. Partner with process engineers to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings. Design and layout piping systems, equipment, and instrumentation for industrial facilities. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Travel 35-50% for site verification and documentation. Organize and maintain drawing documentation and revisions. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field. Associate's Degree or Certification in drafting or engineering technology.
