PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

Glass & Tabor Glass & Tabor is seeking a polished, dependable part-time receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our firm. This individual sets the tone for every client and visitor's experience — in person and by phone — so professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are essential. Reliability and a genuine desire to keep a busy front office running smoothly matter more to us than years of prior experience. What You'll Do Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally as the face of the firm Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously Maintain a tidy, well-supplied, and welcoming reception area Track the daily calendar to stay prepared for scheduled meetings Use firm systems (including Clio, Vonage, and Microsoft Teams) to manage calls and communications Accurately log calls and maintain daily call records Receive, sort, and promptly deliver mail and packages Keep the kitchen and breakroom stocked and presentable Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed What We're Looking For A professional, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Dependability — consistent, on-time attendance is a must Comfort learning new software and office systems Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Schedule Part-time (specific days and hours to be discussed with candidates). #J-18808-Ljbffr Glass & Tabor
