Salary: Starting at $20/hour (DOE)

Schedule: 40 Hours a Week; Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 pm; alternating weekends every three to four weeks

Location: 24100 S Rockerville Rd, Rapid City, SD 57702

What You Will Do:

• Fulfill menu requirements and serve meals.
• Wash pots and pans, trays, dishes, etc.
• Take out kitchen trash to outside trash bins.
• Cover, label and date all suitable leftovers for storage.
• Take and record food temperatures at mealtime.
• Maintain personal cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Take and record refrigerator, freezer and dishwashing machine temperatures.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Participate in required in-service training.

Requirements:

Education: High school degree or GED required.

Experience: Some experience in quantity food production preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for extended periods of time. Exposure to tools, utensils, equipment, and cleaning materials, requiring attentive and safe utilization.
