LIHTC Leasing Specialist - Drive Occupancy & Tours
LDG Development
LDG Development Fort Worth is seeking a Leasing Team Member for our affordable housing community. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing rental applications, conducting property tours, and maintaining LIHTC compliance. You will greet prospects, verify documentation, and support monthly marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years leasing experience, LIHTC knowledge, and is available evenings and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr LDG Development
