Job Title: General Production Worker - 2ND SHIFT

Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to meet tight tolerances and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC grinding machines to achieve precise tolerances.
• Operate CNC machines efficiently to meet production goals.
• Maintain CNC grinding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Evaluate and resolve technical problems as they arise.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience with CNC machines.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Ability to operate manual grinders and machine tools.
• Knowledge of machine operation, including calipers and micrometres.
• Experience with Mazak and Haas machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Mastercam programming.
• Experience in machining and tooling.
• Understanding of milling and production processes.

Work Environment

The work environment includes openings on first and second shifts, with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Employees have the option to work five days a week or four ten-hour days. The facility uses advanced technologies and equipment, including CNC grinding machines and manual grinders. The dress code is casual, allowing for comfort while working.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
