Job Title
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable dishwasher to join our team. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen and the overall dining experience of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans using an industrial dishwasher or by hand, as needed.
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including dish racks, sinks, and storage areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Handle and store all chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Dispose of waste and recycle in designated areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Capacity to lift and transport heavy objects, such as dish racks and supplies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Understanding of basic food safety principles is valued.

**Starting salary for 18+ between $15-$17 per hour
**Starting salary for under 18 is $13-$15 and will receive a $2 raise after turning 18
