Position Overview: Smart person with excellent communication skills in English/Spanish to understand the customers & help them with their billing, claims, payments & policy documents. Work in a team environment to support service & sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Provide friendly customer service.
- Ethical & Trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Self-motivated with great organizational skills
- Computer savvy
- Bilingual - Spanish required.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
