Help
Disassembles interlocking navigation and interrelated electrical, mechanical systems, subsystems, standby and related equipment to determine extent of repairs, overhaul and/or replacement parts needed.
Makes recommendations to supervisor when major repairs are needed so that coordinated effort can take place relative to temporary repair, technical engineering review, procurement of replacement items.
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and/or monitoring installation of new and replacement units within the integrated system for telephone and public address systems.
Monitors the operation of complex integrated subsystems, analyzes operating trends, proposes preventive maintenance down time to assure continued operating capability, and recommends unit replacement or overhaul.
Conducts regular inspections of electrical equipment, tests and adjusts electrical systems, instrument apparatus and equipment, notes defects and performs preventative maintenance functions.
Diagnoses, lays out, installs, tests, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, instruments apparatus, and equipment.
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and installation of new replacement cameras and TV monitors and associated fiber optic cable within the integrated system for the CCTV for safety and security subsystems.
