This is an entry level position responsible for providing internal customer service with a broad range of operational support activities.

Job Description

Ops Support Specialist - General Tasks Fleet Daily Reservations (truck, camera, range finders) Mileage tracking Maintain Quickbase and Full Fleet Roster Maintenance/repairs- coordination and tracking Car wash accounts- tracking and coding Office Support Supplies tracking, ordering, and stocking Receive Deliveries Stock and maintain kitchens and print areas Refrigerator cleanout- Weekly Conference room setup/breakdown for meetings and events Meal ordering and setup Facilities and Safety Support Assist with Safety Meetings AED safety checks- Monthly Employee Engagement- planning, coordination, and communication Creation of PowerPoint slideshows- Monthly Employee Onboarding/Offboarding xhyhwjd tasks assisting Office Manager Requesting badges, maintaining visitor badges Maintain seating chart Maintain employee info spreadsheet Occupancy tracking and reporting Travel/ Logistics support Storm Prep and Support PCard receipt collection & coding Dynamics Task Creation and employee assignment Update process docs, as needed Misc Tasks as requested by leaders or employees Pay
