Reporting to the Digital Production Lead, you will contribute to the production team in a fast‑paced environment, managing projects and clients. You’ll use project management, client communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills to deliver digital campaigns and nurture client relationships. Role Overview The Digital Production Lead oversees the end‑to‑end production process of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, high‑quality execution, and seamless communication between internal teams and external clients. The role combines project management, client/account management, and team leadership for digital assets. Success in this Role Looks Like – Project Management Lead and manage multiple digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, on‑budget completion. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams. Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and QA testing. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, development, sales, marketing, etc.) to align and execute projects smoothly. Monitor and report project progress, providing frequent updates to clients and stakeholders. Account/Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and clear communication throughout project lifecycles. Build and maintain strong relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring high‑quality digital solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Lead client meetings, presenting progress, gathering feedback, and managing revisions or scope changes. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals, budgets, and challenges, and proactively offering solutions or enhancements. Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders in collaboration with clients and internal departments. Qualifications 3+ years of digital production / project management experience, creative background a plus. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals. Strong client management, presentation, time‑management, and interpersonal skills. Solid business acumen. Smart, enthusiastic, and self‑confident. Fluent in English.
