Data Web Analytics Lead

We are looking for a Data Web Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, technical operations, and cross‑functional support across Tinuiti's client portfolio. Responsibilities Data Strategy: Curate measurement of client websites from intention to technical execution; consult on ecosystems that empower data collection strategies; translate implementation impact and down‑funnel results to bridge technical execution with end‑user behaviors. Thought Leadership & Education: Champion a data‑driven culture by translating complex analytics concepts—such as server‑side tracking, identity resolution, and signal loss—into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders and executive leadership; create and maintain standardized documentation, best‑practice guides, and playbooks for web analytics and data enrichment tools. Data Infrastructure & System Health: Assist with monitoring and maintenance of data pipelines; support integration of first‑party data solutions; manage user access and permissions for technical tools, ensuring data security and compliance. Technical Operations & Cross‑functional Support: Prioritize and resolve technical tickets, troubleshoot pixel/macro implementations and cloud app issues; partner with Marketing and Sales to provide feed strategy guidance and data enrichment insights; provide tagging and QA support; diagnose and document recurring feed errors; stay updated on industry trends; incorporate AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency. Qualifications 4–7 years in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or feed management. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and a basic understanding of SQL. Proficient with tag management, dataLayer functionality, consent signals, and API integrations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Hiring salary range: $105,000 – $115,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus.
