Civil Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a background in land development to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects while collaborating with planners, surveyors, architects, and construction teams. Responsibilities Prepare site civil engineering designs including grading, drainage, roadway, water, sewer, and stormwater management systems. Develop construction documents, engineering reports, cost estimates, and technical specifications. Perform site feasibility and due diligence studies. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with codes and standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required). EIT required; PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe). 3–8 years of experience in civil site/land development design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required); experience with stormwater modeling software a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
