Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Cardiac Catheterization Lab at a notable hospital. This role involves providing specialized care for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures within a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures such as left and right heart cath, TEEs, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, and stress tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Merge-Cath Lab Application and Meditech systems.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during cath lab procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including techs and unit staff to deliver quality care.
• Participate in call schedule, including weekends and additional weekdays, and floating policies as required.
• Support the operation of advanced cath lab equipment including GE, IVUS, and VOLCANO systems.

Qualifications:

• Hold Kentucky Rad Tech licensure and ARRT and RCIS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting performing similar procedures.
• Demonstrate current BLS and ACLS certifications for Cath Lab professionals.
• Have at least 1 year of travel experience in a Cath Lab environment.
• Exhibit proficiency with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures and equipment.
