Heavy Equipment OperatorThis role involves operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and other equipment used in construction, industrial, and municipal environments. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliable performance, and the ability to follow all safety, environmental, and operational guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment for digging, grading, loading, and site preparation.Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned machinery.Follow all OSHA, site, and company safety procedures.Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently.Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any hazards or equipment issues.Read and follow site plans, instructions, and job specifications.Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience operating heavy equipment (client may specify exact machinery).Strong safety record and ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments.Must meet company eligibility requirements, including:No felony convictionsNo violent offensesNo recent drug-related chargesNot listed as a registered sex offenderAbility to lift, climb, and work in varying weather conditions.Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.Previous experience is required.Position Details:Pay Rate: $18Type: Evaluation HireAttendance: No missed days within the first 90 daysTransportation: Must have reliable transportation
