We are hiring a Program Management Support Specialist to support key programs at NSWC Crane. The Project Management Support Specialist will support research and development efforts for Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) programs.Responsibilities:Providing program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessmentsAnalyzing requirements, reviewing, and coordinating with customers to generate appropriate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, and/or related materialCompiling inputs and assisting in preparing presentation materialAssisting in the management of master files/schedules related to the programAssisting in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectivesCoordinating the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action itemsAssisting with workflow management to complete tasksPerforming all other position-related duties as assigned or requestedMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalentActive Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-taskFlexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as neededPreferred:5 years of MS Project experienceFamiliarity with C-UxS or layered sensor/defeat systems, and requirements development.Part 107 Remote Pilot CertificateCompensation Details:$60,000 - $80,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
