Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist
Our organization, a prominent provider of rehabilitation services, is on the lookout for a committed Physical Therapist to become part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will assess, design, and execute tailored therapy programs aimed at enhancing patient recovery and fostering independence.
You will work in close collaboration with a diverse interdisciplinary team within a vibrant and innovative setting that emphasizes clinical excellence, empathetic care, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their therapy needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to support recovery.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
