ERP Project Manager

The Opportunity If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, working closely with customers, and bringing structure to complex ERP implementations, this could be a strong fit. You'll play a key role in delivering projects across the lumber and building materials (LBM) industry , partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Leading multiple ERP implementation projects from kickoff through to delivery Building and managing project plans, timelines, and documentation Acting as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders Managing project scope, change requests, and expectations Coordinating with internal teams (Development, Sales, etc.) Overseeing resource planning and allocation Tracking project performance (budget, timelines, risks) Running regular project meetings and status updates Ensuring smooth handover to support teams post-delivery What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager role Experience within the Lumber & Building Materials (LBM) industry is essential Need to have experience with ERP Vendor, not internal Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies PMP or other project management certification Why It's Worth a Conversation Join a company with global reach and strong growth Startup feel with the backing of an established, successful business Flexible working environment supporting work-life balance Competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), wellness allowance, and generous PTO A Few Practical Bits Some travel within the US will be required Occasional flexibility outside standard working hours Desired Skills and Experience erp, building materials, lumber, project management #J-18808-Ljbffr
