TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Sitka, Alaska, 99835!

ID: 63399899 Shift: Full time. 4–10-hour shifts, Tuesday-Friday. On call required. Description: AK License Required at time of submissionCirculator position and MUST have 3 yrs circulator experienceFlu vaccine required.Start date will be no less than 6 weeks after traveler's fingerprint cards are received at SEARHC in Juneau for processing. Upon acceptance, please have your traveler make an appt for fingerprints and get them in the mail within 2-3 days to avoid start date getting pushed back. Position position is located within the Operating Room of SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium. We handle all types of elective and emergency cases performed, including abdominal, thoracic, Urology, ENT, Plastic, Orthopedics, Vascular and OB/GYN. Multi-tasks efficiently and ensures the surgical cases proceed throughout the day in a timely manner. Utilizes after-hour call services, to staff the Operating Rooms (OR), for nights, holidays and weekends. If you are a traveler who is experienced in the OR, please submit your resume for our review. Please submit the rate appropriate to skillset/level of submission.Baseline Qualification Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (BSN or ADN)High school diploma or GEDA valid, current, full and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska.3 years OR circulator experience. Other: Specify any desirable or additional qualifications beyond the baseline qualification BLS ACLS PALSExperience in Critical Access Hospital and/or Rural Operating Rooms strongly preferred. Additional only accepts traveler profile applications from travelers that live at least 50+ miles away from the facility address they are working at.
