The listed compensation reflects the median range based on current MGMA and Sullivan Cotter benchmarks. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, training, and qualifications.Additional incentives may include a generous sign-on bonus ($20–25K), a housing allowance of up to $50K toward a home purchase in the first year, OR relocation assistance up to $10K, along with a productivity-based bonus structure.
