Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure throughout the facility
Conduct temperature checks and maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance
Respond promptly to resident and staff requests for assistance with maintenance-related issues
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements
Participate in daily rounds to identify and address potential maintenance issues
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training in maintenance or related field a plus
0-1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks that require frequent bending, stooping, and climbing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
