Quick Facts Location: 1775 Thompson Road, Coos Bay, OR 97420 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent Shift: 8-hour days, outpatient clinic focus Hours/Week: Full-time or Part-time (48-80 hours per pay period) Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: BE/BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (within 2 years) Experience: Preferred: experience practicing Radiation Oncology, recent graduates considered Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: primarily for internal purposes; competitive pay discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Competitive pay package (discussed during interview) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available PTO and CME allowance Onsite nurse navigation, pharmacy, and advanced clinical support State-of-the-art cancer center facilities and partnership with Oregon Health & Science University What You’ll Do Provide outpatient oncology and hematology care at a leading cancer center Collaborate with onsite radiation oncology, infusion services, and specialty teams Manage a patient panel of approximately 10-15 patients per day Participate in clinical trials and innovative treatment approaches Provide personalized care in a supportive, family-oriented community Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards Contribute to a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive cancer care What You Need Valid and current medical license in Oregon BE/BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (within 2 years) Experience or training in Radiation Oncology preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in outpatient settings with a patient-centered approach About the Assignment Join a state-of-the-art cancer center located in the scenic community of Coos Bay, Oregon.
