Role Overview As a Cardiac Sonographer , you will perform high-quality cardiac imaging and support providers in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions. Key responsibilities include: Performing cardiac ultrasound and Doppler diagnostic testing Assisting physicians and healthcare professionals during procedures Ensuring accurate imaging and adherence to clinical protocols Maintaining equipment and ensuring readiness for patient care Supporting efficient clinic workflow and patient experience Maintaining documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Required: Technical training in cardiovascular technology, sonography, or ultrasound field Preferred: Associate’s degree in a related science field Experience Preferred: Experience in echocardiography Licensure / Certification Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) within one (1) year OR RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) within one (1) year What We Offer BayCare provides a competitive total rewards package designed to support your career growth and well‑being, including: Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance Wellness programs and community perks Take the Next Step Bring your cardiac imaging expertise to BayCare and support high-quality care in a collaborative cardiology environment.
